The physical and health education program in the middle school consists of an introduction to a variety of sports, activities and issues. The course is aimed at encouraging a healthy and physically active lifestyle, improving both skill and health aspects of fitness and having fun. 75% of the course will consist of physical education units. 25% will consist of health topics taught in the classroom. Physical Education units will include both team and individual sports. Health topics will cover issues relating to well-being, communication and human anatomy and physiology.

Our survey course in physical education exposes students to a wide variety of individual and team sports such as volleyball, cricket, track and field, soccer, gymnastics, softball, racquet sports and field hockey. One quarter of the course consists of health units related to well-being, communication, human anatomy and physiology.  In health and wellness, students have the opportunity to understand the consequences of unhealthy lifestyle choices and make personal decisions related to their intellectual, social, physical and emotional development. Students can try out for competitive sports teams which compete with local Zimbabwean schools or take part in intramurals so as to further develop basic skills. The courses includes both team and individual sports. Other areas such as weight training, human anatomy and physiology will be covered to prepare students for independent workouts.
